Follonica is reachable by car, driving along the SS1 Aurelia, or by train through Intercity or Regional service from northern direction (Pisa) or southern direction (Roma). Hotel La Pineta is well indicated by road sign; the railway station is far from the Hotel one kilometer. The Thyrrhenian Sea is in front of the Hotel, separated by the pine wood.
